Teaser exercise on the Pilates "Wunda Chair“. This exercise strengthens the core (Joseph Pilates called it the "Power House") The chair was originally designed for small New York City apartments.
Swan exercise on the Refomer. It is a great exercise to strengthen the upper back and gain more mobility in that area of the spine.
Back Stroke exercise on the Reformer. It is an intermediate exercise.
Jennifer on the Pilates Reformer. She is doing an Advanced exercise that focuses on flexibility and control.
Jennifer is an exceptional Pilates instructor. She motivates, energizes and strengthens my body using the pilates reformer as well as other equipment. She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and the human body. Jenniferdraws from a broad base of Pilates approaches to address individual needs and growth. I started as a beginner with little Pilates experience. She has helped me become much more fit and stronger. I enthusiastically attend our sessions together!
